I used Surf City tap water,,. Pink said not to use boiling water it might, damgage the active chemicals or some thing. Took a dose at 11;30 am , it came on stronger than I expected, but not un injoyable.Then I started eating about 4-5pm and the physical effects reduced rapidly. I had a CH come on around 3pm but it faded,, I was walking on the beach and stubbed my toe pretty bad and didn't feel it untill this morning.I' mean this should have been painful so , I am convinced shrooms are one hell of a pain killer. Had another ch come on about midnight and killed it with a short blast of O2. Then I slept like a a baby. Dreamed about getting new tires for my Jeep, and catching Wahoo right on the beach,with the new jig I made from a pen and a pair of glasses,glue and duck tape,and Hunter S. Thompson giving me pointers.(sorry no flying) Now,, folks I have been in cycle 93 days ,and on the down side. It may not show improvment on me as much as some one just starting their cycle. So, if it doesn't end my cycle , doesn;t mean it won't work on another person . The pain levels I am at now are nothing compared to a month ago. I would take small dose of this every week if I was in the middle of the intense pain part of my cycle.The pain killing properties are that good.If your going to take a dose ,have something creative around to do, that urge is unusualy strong ,--actually demanding. I will report any shadows or CHs.,But ,some thing else happened, that is hard to explain,,I had an insight,or something ,and with out going into details, I have a much better attitude and less anger about the whole ch deal. That alone was worth the ,(excuse this), trip.
