Ricardo, and other newbies, that when Daniel came to the board a few months ago he didn't know the difference between arteries and veins and used the term interchangably. So don't let the fact that he can now name three arteries impress him to you as some sort of expert who knows what he's talking about. He doesn't get clusters -- or any other type of headache as far as I know of, besides the "every day" kind -- and makes his living selling this surgery. And the only reason he keeps coming back to this board is in the hopes of finding some newbie who doesn't know his reputation yet so maybe he can make a sale. He says in a post above to do your homework. I agree with that. A good start to doing it is once the archives are back up and running, seek out the posts he has made in the past. Of particular interest is about the time his father, the doctor who performs the surgery that Daniel sells, came to the board too to let us know that Daniel's wild claim of "thousands" of clusterheads being cured every year was false and that no clusterhead has ever had the procedure.
