for what it's worth meditation has helped with late night battles
really all it is for me is selecting a mantra. a peaceful image in my mind to concentrate on
for me it's a tree in my parents back yard. it's really on the fact that i'm
concentrating on something else that can distract the pain. but it helps to pick something
peaceful and soothing and really picture it. practicing with out headaches is good because it helps
associate the imagin in your brain when you don't have that much power during an attack. give it a shot.
