We endure CH because the ancient alien race that visited Earth in the 4th Century B.C. from the planet DaehrertsulC felt that humans needed a lesson in pain and survival. We are that lesson.
During an attack, we can leap tall ottomans, bust through the strongest drywall, pound our heads with ice, heat, fists, shoes and the odd garden shovel.
We laugh at mere pain, scoff at childbirth (easiest for those of us who are male), disdain amputation. Open heart surgery without anesthesia is something we welcome as a recreational activity.
Bring on your worst, sadistic dentists! We cannot fear your unsedated root canals! We are the many! (okay, few), the mighty! (okay, whimpering fools), we are.......
