Well, after the last three weeks of 6 CH's a day, with the med's I am taking (immitrex, amerge, verapamil, prednisone and maltrax) and the different prophylaxis remedies I have come across on this site, I am now down to 2-3 a day, since Sunday morning. I haven't had a CH higher than 8 for three days. I have been sleeping better,albeit not great, waking up with only one or so each night, and conserving my immitrex to 3mg doses (thanks for the immitrex tip!!) I don't know exactly why they've receded some(never will) but I just thought I would update you folks.
hopefully I have passed my height of my series, and you will too.
