the end of your life results in death. At that time your headaches will stop, therefore you'll no longer be a Clusterhead and your supporters will no longer have a supportee so they will have to leave also.
There is a $100(US) "leaving" tariff for Clusterheads as they exit this world. I can take care of that for you. Please send me the $100 and proof that you are currently alive (you can't die if you've never lived). Proof in the form of your life insurance policy, bank savings account and checking account numbers and certificates of all stocks/bonds you may have.
Oh yeah, and some blank beneficiary forms would be nice.
