I am brand new to this websit, but I thought if anyone would understand what I am going through it would be you. My insurance company will no longer cover Imitrex without preauthorization, but when my doctor call to authorize last night, the authorization center was closed. He has me taking ativan. Does anyone have any experience with ativan. It seems to knock me out (I don't care -- anything to get rid of the pain), but should I be concerned? Doc is also sending me for an MRA. People tell me it is like an MRI but of the brain. I'm really scared. Can anyone help me?
