Hi everyone, it's been a while since my last post. Last Sept. I had gone into cycle and immediatly made an appt. with a new neuro. He put me on varapamil for prevention, and also gave me a scrip for imitrex injections. Thank God the varapamil worked and for eight months no serious ha just some minor shadows. I thought I had found the answer to my prayers, but I was ol so wrong. At the end of march a new cycle began despite the medicine. So it was back to the neuro again this time he precribed neurontin and said we would try that for awile. imitrex has become my best friend. I tried the stadol spray and it seem to get worse and then I was afraid to use an injection I think this last ha is the worst Ive had in the five yrs since I have been going through this hell I literally thought I was going to die. I paced the floor through my arms up and down over my head until i was exausted had three hot showers nothing seemed to work and all the while begging God to please help me and all my fellow sufferers. Ive had 12 hours sleep the past three days. and to make matters worse I work at night and sleep during the day.Well enough venting for now.
