I will take your suggestion on the Yeast Theory and Candida and as I have not yet tried Diffulcan that could be another alternative. However, the problem I feel is that CH cycles occur so varyingly among the patients and victims. My last cycle was over 11 years ago and I've lived the same basic diet and livestyle since then with no pain. I just hope you are right and it helps at least some of us. I however individually do not feel hopeful long term. I do totally agree however with all CH Sufferers to try natural means as prevention of onset and avoid all toxificants in their biolgy.
