It's been about 14 months since my last post
when I had my last bout of ch's. But now they are
back. I wanted to let everyone in on a little info
that my pharmacist has recently turned me on to. I work
at Merck, so I have the latest breaking info on rx's,
usually, and one of the pharmacists here were telling
me that the drug Verapamil has done wonders for treating
clusters in a PREVENTATIVE capacity. he says imitrex is
still the way to go for treatment for when you DO get one
but verapamil has been shown to be most effective in
prevention. Thought you guys would like to know. I am\
going to have my Dr. ci an rx for it for me. I will let
you know how it works.
