Since my son found this site on 4-6, we've been printing most of the posts on CH's for reference. I've got a file about two inches thick now and go back to them quite often. It really helps.
Especially enjoyed the post by "Drummer" on 4-3 about "The Beautiful Dream". I'm going to frame that and hang it in my office here at home. Will also carry a copy in my billfold for the next SOB that tells me they "know" about HA's like mine. Wouldn't you just like to drop them right there on the spot?
I said I've been in remission for 5 yrs. until two weeks ago after going through this for 20+ years. I'm almost embarrassed to actually call this a CH cycle. I've had the HA's every night for two weeks, but only three nights with real bad ones. Worst night was from 8:30 pm to 9 am with 8 HA's. Otherwise only 2-4 per night but have been able to lose most of them in 20-45 min. I'm encouraged that they may be wearing out now that I've turned 50. I've incorporated some techniques found here, and the O2 and water seem to lessen the length and intensity.
I think about all of you when I'm having a CH now, and wonder if someone here is having one too. Just knowing that I'm not going through this alone has really helped. I certainly pray for pain free days for all of you. But just knowing that I can come here and people will understand, has been a source of strength.
Another Possible Remedy:
There is one other thing I did try right before I went into remission 5 yrs. ago. I had a hair analysis done. I don't remember all the chemicals my body was overloaded with, but lead and mercury were at the top of the list. This wasn't a conventional "doctor" I went to. But after drinking purified water as my ONLY liquid for two weeks and taking the additives she gave me, the HA disappeared. Don't know if the cycle had run its course, or if that actually helped. But it had been 5 pain free years until two weeks ago.
Has anyone else had a hair analysis done, or anything similar?
Here's to a pain free weekend for all.
