Just thought I would let any sports fans know that getting too excited could bring on the beast. Got so excited that the Flyers tied the game that I ended giving myself my first injection. I may have jumped the gun a bit but I'm not in pain now so thats all that matters, right? The Flyers ended up losing in overtime anyway. Maybe I'll try to be calm for now on when watching all my philly teams lose. It happens alot. Well, I think I found one of my triggers and thought I would share it.
