the same situation in my case. more than two and a halve years ch - a typically case of chronice. (excuse my bad english knowledge - but i live in austria/europe and my mother tongue is german)
at the beginning of april this year, my neuro gave me nimotop - a drug for older people to supply the circulation in the brain) and also oxygen. the ch discreased from two times daily to one time a week - in this case oxygen helps after 5 to 10 minutes. i can say to live normally since this time, without pain and i can also sleep the hole night. there are a view points i have to take care:
no alcohol
no opulent meals (this forces ch also at 2 a.m.)
no chocolate
no nuts
the last 3 month i reduced my weight from 96 to 86 kg's (by a height of more than 6 ft.)
the only existent problem is, when i would get an attack and i'm far away from my oxygen. in this case i take one or two aspro - a very light and cheap (60 pcs - are about 5 US$) drug against normally headaches free available in any pharmacy in austria, switzerland or germany. but this drug helps me very fast - without any side effect. if you have any further question - contact me by e-mail.
