that the Verapamil dosage seems very low. My husband Lee started at 240 mg. and got relief for about two weeks, then they started up again. His doc steadily increased the dosage to 640 mg. Whether it was the Verapamil or the end of his cycle, Lee's been pain free for almost seven weeks. Maybe it is time to see another doctor--a second opinion, if nothing else. Keep us posted and e-mail me if you ever need to vent--been there and know what you're going through!
