If it helps at all I know how you feel about not getting support ((here)), it's RARE that that happens but when it happens to YOU it cuts your heart deep!! You finally find a place that people should understand what you are going thru and then to be let down hurts more than anything...you feel you are alone again not to be understood by the very ones who SHOULD!
This is what happened to me too so I know first hand how DEEP it hurts!! It's not a perfect world and the board is not perfect either but I think everyone should get support!
I was with the board 6 days after it got started and it was great...no one put anyone down or talked bad about anyone. No one acted like a judge or that they "owned" the place, support was all that went on here!
I supported the people here (even tho I was in remission) and then when my cycle started I posted and only got a few who supported me. I stayed with the board a long time then went to just posting jokes, LOTS of jokes, and finally stopped posting all together. I was told not to even post under certain people. And a bunch of other crap.
Let this be a lesson to us all that we need to support everyone who comes here even if for some reason you don't want to...think...HOW would I feel if I didn't get support when there is sooo few of us to begin with??
I'm so sorry that you feel hurt too, I know how bad that hurts! Please email me since some reason the email address I have for you didn't go thru the last time.
This is NOT a put down of the board...just some thing we should all think about...if it was you who felt unsupported with this terrible pain we have how would you feel??
