I had septo-nasal reconstructive surgery a little over a month ago, thinking it might help my headaches, but I also feel like it may have made the severity worse.

Last night amongst family members I had the worst attack I've had. I was crying like a baby in my wife's arms. Imitrex didn't seem to help this time and I feel like it may have prolonged the headache as usually they only last an hour or two, but this one lasted about 7 hours. It was a Kip 10 at least.

My family hadn't seen the real affect the clusters have had on me until last night. Usually I just curl up in a ball and twitch in a corner somewhere. Last night was no different until something in my nose ruptured and sent blood streaming down my face.

I bled all night and most of the morning. The doc that performed the surgery said that it was probably just a clot or scab that finally came out from the surgery, but I don't know what to think.

Does anyone think it might be worth while to schedule an MRI or CAT scan or something?

Have your doctors already done those on yall to rule everything else out?

I'm 99.9% sure I do suffer from cluster headaches, but I'm holding out hope that it is just a brain tumor!

Mark
