Nope, in the dose that is suggested, you'll probably only feel a little spacey for the evening and may not be able to sleep that night, but Mike has said the whole sensation is very mild. Just make sure you don't eat beans or cabbage that day. Your family will NOT be able to stand you!! Not even the dog, if you have one.
But if you're on any of the meds that Pinky notes in his post below, please be careful and be prepared for the treatment not to work as well...

p.s. Mike is now entering MONTH 17 of remission, we think because of this treatment. He has dosed twice in that time, and he was (for the last few years) going into cycle yearly at Christmas.
