Point well made Brandon. There are also foods that contain MSG naturally such as Parmesan cheese and tomatoes. In addition, most resturants lace their food with it, especially anything breaded. We just can't win. I'm surprised there was only your response to my posting in two days. Maybe many clusterheads have the sensitvity to MSG and don't know it.
