OK ...you've been on the verapamil for a year. You THINK you're coming up on your cycle time. Have faith and maybe the verapamil will do what it is supposed to and prevent your CH!!!! Maybe if the cycle does come it WON'T be as long! I have faith that you have this under control before it begins. Think positively and who knows maybe it won't come at all.
