I doubt if having a CH is a sexually stimulating experience, perhaps it's your bodies method of pumping up the blood to fight the darn thing, interesting observation or maybe it's that blood rush that is causing the CH, can recall hoping on my motorcycle in below zero weather to break a CH and never even noticing the cold, but freezing to death after the headache broke, also soaking my head in a bucket of ice water, always desired cold, never heat, but never really thought about my own body, maybe you hit upon something.
