I am so sorry about your wife, there really was nothing you could do for her but love and support her. My wife had a hard time believing the pain could possibly be that bad but over the years she began to realize only after a few times mentioning that I also wanted to end it. I'm so sorry she hadn't come here first, never ever put any blame on your self because theres no way you could stop the pain of a cluster for her.
