I read your post and it made me wonder.....I have noticed a pattern change in my husband's moods over the last few weeks - usually a signal that there is a cycle on the horizon and I am wondering if you are about to enter a cycle too? Are you episodic or chronic? I am just starting to realize that the veil of depression for my husband usually is a prelude to a cycle for him, as well as unusual mood swings in an otherwise pretty easy going guy when he is in remission.
Think we'll start some preventative steps pretty soon here, might be time to start flooding the poor guy with water again.
