Verapamil really works for me but you have to take enough.When my clusters were very heavy I took 620 mg (2,5 pills a day)and now I am on 480mg(2/day).
Be careful you don't take Isoptin because these kind of pills don't give a very good response.
Indeed my Neuro says there is a difference in Verapamil.I take Lodixal but I do not know if that exists in the US because it is made by BASF pharma and Knoll since I live in Belgium.
