Change itself can be described as being a trigger. I dont' know how it works but it seems that 20 minutes after any change is a good time for the monster to hit.

For me it 'was' 20 minutes after waking up.. 20 minutes after going to sleep, 20 minutes after eating.. change itself became my trigger and i now do my best to avoid sudden changes. No adrenaline for me thanks. and no seratonin either.

It's a tricky monster that we deal with. Even the simple question of using heat or using cold to ease the pain becomes a major debate. Perhaps our bodies simply overcompensate with hormone excretions to maintain the usual chemical balance? So if there is no need for any internal hormone excretions then there is no imbalance to correct.

The motto that i use is 'never accelerate'.. it seems to work for me, but that's me and as we all know, this monster is very devious.

Painfree days a'head to all,

Brian W
