Well, I could suggest one thing: put the link to the Big CH Questionnaire up front in a very accessible and prominent place.
Put the results of that survey beside it. You will have an ongoing resource (or am I getting myself tied up in words again? Well you know what I mean).
The Big CH Q was composed after reading a few thousand messages on the board. I think that would give a nice feeling for what the problems are, hm?
A lot of work has gone into the big CHQ. I would not like to see it wasted. I would like something constructive done with it. I would like to see the facts used.
I know personal stories are all the rage - nothing against them of cours - but a well told story weighs more than an ill told one, and if you want to know what the real CH experience is, you still have to tote them up first. That's what the big CHQ is doing.
How about it?
