I have worked with clients that are self mutilators and you need to reach out and get some help. Self mutilators do this because they use the pain they inflict to cover up the emotional pain they are really having. The emotional pain gets so bad and this is the only way to deal with it. I know there has to be a mental health center where you live. If not or if you need to talk, you can email me. Suicide is not the answer...because it is the final answer. Get help right away. nancyc
