my first few trips to the ER and the docs all had me thinking i was a loon (ok, debatable) and all i needed was to 'calm down' and get to a shrink immediately.
best advice, go on a search mission to find one that knows HA, more specifically CH and relate it to them. take all the printed info you can find with you about women and CH (tons right here) and slap them upside the head with it till' you get someone who will work with you, give you a correct diagnosis and not make you feel like you are crazy.
tell em' to call me, after 25 years i have heard them all !!! started thinking maybe my parents had a sex change op. done on me at birth or something!!
