You're suffering with a capitol S. I lost my Dad to cancer 8 years ago. It was the most emotionally draining experience of my life. In the end, experiencing his death from the same type of close-up that you describe, taught me more about life then death. I will always miss my father and I will always treasure the lessons that I was taught by his life and death. I pray that your mom's and your family's suffering passes quickly.
