Newbie, no medical insurance, and no idea what to do

Hi, I am a 26 year old male that just had my second bout ever last night. It seemed all day like it was going to happen, then hit hard around 1 AM. It lasted almost 3 hours. I dont have a clue where to begin. I have read everything on this site, but I do not have the money or insurance to go to the emergency room or doctor to get these treatments...any help?
