Strangely, my clusters come on during the cool-down after my aerobic-kickboxing classes. This is exactly at 6:30pm every night and I have to high-tail it home at mach5 speed to take my meds. My fiance says to stop working out during my cluster period. But-I have suffered long enough (12 years) and let this beast run my life too much. Does anyone know if excercise is truly linked to clusters? The elevation of heartrate and then cool-down? The clusters seem to take a day off if I take a day off from excercise.
