Ergomar, the sublingual tab, has been my regular meds for years. I have not had a problem with rebound and the literature says that this is not a problem with cluster (although is for migraine).
As with any medication, some individuals have responses outside the norm group so all you can do is be guided by your personal experience.
Clearly, this is not a drug to overuse--especially for weeks at at time.
