There are a few people here who are using welder's oxygen, Mike included. It's a controversial subject, but desparation causes desperate actions. Mike has been using it for about 3 years now, with no ill side effects. Have you looked into it? It's much cheaper and more readily available. Jonny uses it too and he's fashioned himself a rebreather mask for his tank, I think.
