Personally, I would go for the throat. Last Tuesday near quitting time, I was sitting at one of our work stations, face buried in the A/C cold air return, hands wrapped around my head, trying to fight of a shadow (about a 4). Boss comes in, "Oh, have a headache?" and proceeds to line up the strategy for the next test WHICH CAN'T BE DONE 'TIL TOMORROW. Guess we were both lucky it wasn't an 8 or more, he'd be dead and I'd be in jail.
Missed 5 of the last 15 work days, that "next day" was one of them. Good luck and remission to all..
