Afrin only works on men with hazel eyes and orange peel skin. You must be experiencing a placebo effect. The good doctor did post another article stating that he has found that sniffing amonia before difficult medical proceedures has stopped his clusters in their tracks which has saved many patients the agony associated with being maimed for life. He still smokes but has vowed to quit binge drinking before writing medical articles. :)))
