that never heard of clusters so most of us know the feeling, I still recall my first CH, couldn't believe it and had no idea this was an omen of things to come, but like anything else, has to be dealth with. I won't start off with meds, but the best thing I have found is oxygen from an oxygen concentrator, an Invocare Mobilair 5 and has no nasty side effects, suprised that many docs never heard of an oxygen concentrator, thank God my neigbor was a nurse, may not work for you, but also may work and save you from the many nasty side-effects, each of us has his/her favorites, and as you will learn, there is no set treatment for these dreaded headaches, what works for one may be a posion for another, best wishes.
