There was an article not long ago that addressed this. It's findings were that a lot of people with CH had sleep apnea. It DID NOT find that sleep apnea caused ro triggered CH!
It's also been siad that clusterheads often have hazel colored eyes, square jaws ans orange peel skin. Do hazel eyes cause CH? Don't think so.
Everyone should ivestigate anything they think may cause CH. Only in this fassion will all of the possibilites be covered.
I just don't buy into the sleep apnea thing though. If you have apnea, you have it all the time. You don't have clusters all the time though.
Just my opinion.
