Hope you've got lots of warm socks. When I'm getting hit I too take 2-3 times the allowed amount of ercaf. Constant cold toes and fingers. What I find interesting is that I too have a dead nerve in my heart, "left bundle branch block". when it showed up some years ago on a EKG my Doc shot me full of isotopes, ran me on the treadmill and took pictures of my heart. Every thing looked good so he too says, "you've got it, we don't know why, don't worry about". Kinda sounds like a CH diagnosis.
