I live in a subdivision. we have homeowners association with rules. but that does not matter to some people. I have 2 big dogs on each side that bark all the time. One of them will not let me go in my back yard, he tries to run at me and bite me..he is on a runner which is not allowed here. I feel like a prisoner in my own house. Trying to get it cleared up as when I am in a cycle, all I can hear is barking dogs. Hope things get better..know how you feel..with rude neighbors. smile, nancy c
