and wondered if it was a placebo, or I am just that far gone of an insomniac. All it did for me was make me wired out, and I STILL could not sleep.
I have tried 5HTP, Melatonin, Sominex, Tylenol PM, Nytol... nothing works...
I am a FREEkin' insomniac! Is anyone else a chronic who has this problem? I am beginning to wonder if I will ever get a real nights sleep again.
