I don't recall seeing anything on the site about hismanal. In the early 90s I took it, once per day on an empty stomach, and it kept me totally CH free for almost two years. It takes two weeks or so for it to get at enough level in your body to work. After a couple of years your body tolerance builds up and it doesn't work anymore. I am going to try it again and thought I would pass it on.
