it depends on the person, ive been on lith for 11 years and not only has it cut out 2/3rds of my HA's im happy as a clam unless provoked. before i needed no provocation (is this the right word---LOL) to become angry.
im a better person because of lith (at least thats what i tell myself----LOL)
