It makes me mad as hell to see so many postings by victims of CHs who get little if any sympathy from their co-workers and especially their doctors. My co-workers have seen the "attacks" (calling these headaches is like calling a shattered tybia a leg ache). Even though my doctor always showed compassion, I wondered if he "really" understood. So, I video taped an attack and gave him the tape. He had never actually seen one before. He just shook his head and muttered "oh my God". Some of you may want to try this with your doctor just to show them that this is not "just a headache". Also..one thing that I tried a while back was keeping a journal (very detailed). Every day jot down things like: weather, how much sleep, high or low stress, what did you eat, etc. The more detailed you are, the more likely you are to find some sort of pattern. May or may not work, but it's worth a try.
