While stocking up on my vitamins at the health food store
I happend to mention the symptoms pertaining to my headache
to the guy behind the counter. He started me on what's
known as "Feverfew extract" three times a day and
"Magnesium Taurate" four times a day. He also gave me a
small bottle of "Tei-fu" which contains wintergreen oil
to rub into the area of my right temple when ever the
piercing pain would start. I've had no pain at all for
the last four weeks! This is so much better than pain
killers. The only other thing that's possible is that
I started taking this combination at the very time my
"pain free" cycle was starting. What a terrible fluke
that would be! I'll keep you posted.
