It is very interesting to see all the different ways people deal with their clusters. No poster could tell our families or friends how to help us, because we all like different things... It's whatever gets you through.
I have changed what I like over the years. This winter was my first cluster where I was alone for it. Always in the past my lover was there, and I would try to be quiet so he could sleep, since he couldn't help me anyway. So I finally learned that sound doesn't bother me, and I do like to hear some music during the headache. And I like to make some noise myself.
