I use it all the time because I'm too dumb to figure out anything else for my ebay business. It works and isn't complicated, but it's not fast. I've never used it for anything but ebay so I have no idea how it may work elsewhere. It's not the greatest for my scans of documents but it does a decent job other photos. (I think)
