I know that is must be extremely difficult to go through ch cycles with small kids...
My advice is to take one day at a time and time for yourself and also alone with the hubby if you can...lean on him when you need to...someday he might need to lean on you in return...
NEVER feel like a burden to your family...they love you..and love to me is UNCONDITIONAL...you know for better or worse for richer for poorer and in sickness and in health...
I am not saying that this is easy on anyone with ch...including family that watches helplessly as they watch the suffering... But know that you are loved!!!
Take it one day at a time...that is all you can do..and if that is to hard then go hour by hour or minute by minute...you will get a break from the pain...and keep that in mind...sometimes just knowing that break will come helps alot...
