when you are hurting, sleepless, depressed ... the whole business gets to be alot at times and that 'light at the end of the tunnel' is dim or hard to believe is there at all... we've all been there and back.
there are always snakes waiting to take your money for useless cures/helps/instant fixes. check out a good pain clinic or doc familar with what you are going thru... more mile for your dollar i'd say. take care
