Bob's done so much for this community and I know you already know that. Look at the OUCH website. Look at last year's convention. The list goes on. I think he's right to incude the title when approaching a newbie - kinda helps like a program would at a theatrical play. I think it's important to know who the players are, and who better to greet a newcomer than a rep of OUCH?
