I'd try Lithium and Depakote as a treatment to prevent the clusters from happening. I know that this has worked for me. If Imitrex works as an abortive for you, use it if the headaches come. You might consider trying oxygen as an abortive. All I know is that the Lithium and Depakote combination prevented my clusters from appearing this year. Of course, that's not to say that it will work for you--just an idea. Keep me posted.
