A better approach, should you wish to express your dissatisfaction with Rocky's posting techniques, would be to identify his ISP (the provider that connects him to the internet) and write them.
But the best approach of all is one several people have posted - ignore him and he'll leave. Haven't we seen the "report this to the FBI" gambit before???
